1.Install Setup file at desired location.
2.After Installation Sleek Bill will get pop up.
3.This pop up contains three option a)Test (For testing full features with mock data base) b)Continue (For new users who want to check with own data) c)Restore (For existing Sleek Bill user who have backup file)
4.If you want to take trial with all available features in Premium + Inventory plan then you should need to select “Test”
5.If you want to take trial with only premium features then you can click over “Continue” a)After Clicking on “Continue” you can see the Company Dialogue Box, in which you need to put your all information of your company like exact Company Name, Address, Pin Code, Phone Numbers, e-mail id, website etc.. b)Carefully Choose your City from Drop Down, if you not found your city name then just enter city name (Do not click on add city) c)After entering city name, select state from drop down list only (Do not add any state manually) d)Choose “India” in country field. e)Add your correct GST Registration Number in GSTIN field. f)Select Taxation System. If your business registered in GST then select “GST” from drop down. If your business registered in Composition Scheme then you should choose “Composition Scheme” from drop down. If you are not till registered in GST then select “Traditional” from drop down. g)If you want to add your company Bank Details then in additional details you may add or left all other field blank and save.
6.Now your company is successfully setup
7.Lets add your Product/service from Product / Services option available in Sales Reports
8.Then you can add your Clients from Clients option available in Sales Reports
9.Once add this, now all are set to create invoices or any other documents like quotations, proforma invoices etc.
10.To create invoices, close the all open windows and see the centre of Sleek Bill dashboard.
