This page (together with the documents referred to on it) is the License Agreement between you or the entity that you represent and V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. governing your use of provided/promoted product software by us (hereinafter also "Service"). By using the Service you confirm that you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. By proceeding to download and install provided/promoted Software (or any updates to any Software that we may make available from time to time), you agree to the terms of this page and your use of such Software (including any updates) will be in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these, we are unwilling to license our provided/promoted Software to you. In this case, you may not download or install our provided/promoted Software and you must discontinue the download or installation process. 1.You must be 18 years or older to use this Service 2.You must be human. “Bots” or other automated sign-ups aren't permitted. 3. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, valid contact number and any other information requested in order to complete the sign-up process. 4. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your database. V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. can't and won't be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of these Terms and Conditions at any time on our website.
Software provided/promoted from us with licenses, such licenses is only generated by Principal Company i.e. the owner company of respective product and we forwarded to our clients after getting successful payment only. The full information of respective product is available on Respective Principal Companies Website. We do not have any rights to change or alter any features for respective provided/promoted by us. We only provide service to Principal Company to promote, sell their product, providing technical support to client on behalf of respective principal company. "License" means the terms and conditions for the use of the software associated with the Licensed Software provided by the Principal Company Only. Its form may vary depending of the chosen type of Service/Product. Types: The Service offers both free and paid licenses, which are described on the principal Site. You should note that different limitations apply to the various subscriptions. Any supplemental terms applicable to the subscriptions are incorporated herein. We may also provide promotional or trial subscriptions which are limited in time, specifications etc. Fees and Taxes: If you register for a paid license, you must designate from the site a payment method you are authorized to use and provide us with accurate and up to date billing and payment information. We will bill/invoice you for paid license, including any applicable taxes, online payment gateway fees and surcharges, through the payment method you designate and you agree to pay us for all charges incurred under your account. Paid Licenses are billed in advance upon delivery of that Service. The Authorization Code or license is received only after all the charges are paid. All charges are non-refundable even if you eventually stop using the Service. Permission is also granted to temporarily download one copy of the provided/promoted software materials (information or software) for testing purposes from principal site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under the grand of a testing or paid license you may not: a) Sell, rent, transfer or sub-license the license of this software; b) Republish material from this software; c) Sell, rent, transfer or sub-license material from the software; d) Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); e) Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained by provided/promoted software or services; f) Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or g) Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may also be terminated by V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & principal company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
You agree to use the Software/services provided/promoted by us solely for the use of you or the entity that you represent. You agree not to enable public performance or other activities prohibited by applicable copyright law. You may not use the Service to: (1) Infringe on any proprietary right of any party; (2) invade the privacy right of any person or entity; (3) misrepresent the identity of a user; (4) impersonate any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Product / Service Principal Companies or its affiliated companies; (5) conduct fraudulent or other illegal activities; (6) Resell, transfer or sub-license any aspect of the Service; (7) Collect or harvest information regarding other users of the Service for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for sending such users unsolicited bulk e-mail or other forms of unsolicited bulk communications. You must not access or use the Service is you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws, rules and regulations of your resident country, the country from which you are accessing the Services. Otherwise V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & Principal Product / Service Companies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
The licensee is not responsible for support, customization or development carried out by third party suppliers. The Licensee is not responsible for commitment entered into by a third party that could represent an obstacle to the performance of these Terms and Conditions.

You agree that all agreements and transactions between you and us will be done electronically (By Online Payment Gateway) or by bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS). You agree to receive all notices and terms regarding the Services either by (a) e-mail to you, by (b) posting them on the web page of the applicable service or by (c) direct insertion in the provided/promoted software/services. To receive electronic notices, you must have access to the Internet and a current version of an Internet browser. You will need to provide your own printer if you want to print any of our terms.
Under no circumstances shall V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & principal companies, or their respective parents, affiliates, directors, employees, distributors, suppliers, agents, or resellers (collectively, the "V K Control System Pvt. Ltd.") be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the services, and in no event shall V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. group’s liability to you for all damages. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Additionally, under no circumstances shall V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. group be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any external sites linked from the site. V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. group is not responsible for, and shall have no liability for, the loss of or damage to your content and documents, including any loss or damage resulting from the suspension or termination of the services or this agreement.
Upon a request by V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & Product/Services Provider Principal Companies you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & Product/Services Provider Principal Companies harmless and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your misuse of Services or from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & Product/Services Provider Principal Companies reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & Product/Services Provider Principal Companies in asserting any available defenses.
Any claim relating to V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. Services shall be governed by the laws of India under Amravati, Maharashtra, India jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services shall be filed only in the Amravati, Maharashtra, India Jurisdiction, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and with V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & Product/Services Provider Principal Companies with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and with V K Control System Pvt. Ltd. & Product/Services Provider Principal Companies with respect to the Services. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
Customers/clients making payment in the current month will be eligible for cancellation & refund till 5th of the following month. So, for example if you make a payment in the month of january, your request for cancellation & refund will only be considered if it comes on or before 5th feb. No request will be entertained after that.
