Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales & Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in closing deals, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, and delivering product demos in Tamil and Telugu. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients through various stages of the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction and smooth activation of software licenses.development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in closing deals with Tamil and Telugu-speaking clients.
  • Provide customer support in Tamil and Telugu to existing clients.
  • Deliver pre-sales support in English, Tamil, or Telugu.
  • Schedule and deliver product demos in Tamil or Telugu as per client preference.
  • Help new and existing clients activate their software licenses after sales.
  • Assist new leads in making payments for software purchases.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Must Have

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Tamil and Telugu languages (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Customer service experience, especially in software or tech-related industries, is a plus.
