We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Associate to join our dynamic Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support, and conducting product demonstrations in regional languages such as Hindi, Bangla, Odia, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu.
