Job Responsibilities
Assisting the sales team to close Odia-speaking clients’ deals.
Providing support in the Odia regional language to existing customers.
Providing pre-sales support in English and Odia.
Scheduling and delivering product demos in Odia.
Assisting new and existing clients after sales for activations of licenses.
Helping new leads with making payments for software purchases.
Delivering post-sales support to existing clients.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Odia (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic technical knowledge to assist clients with software-related queries.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues effectively.
