Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support to Telugu-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and smooth activation of software licenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales team to close the Telegu Client’s deals.
  • Providing support in Telegu Regional language to existing customers.
  • Providing Pre-sales Support in English and Telegu language.
  • Scheduling and delivering product demos in Telegu Language.
  • Assisting new and existing clients after sales for activations of licenses.
  • Helping new leads for making payments for software purchases.
  • Post-sales support delivery to existing clients.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Basic technical knowledge to assist clients with software-related queries.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
